FINNED VESSEL

Finned vessels form was inspired by cylinder barrels found on radial engine aircraft. Intended to be a desktop sculpture when empty, its outline captures light and highlights its towering sculptural form. When used as a vase it holds its contents high as if exploding from the top of its engineered structure.
