Farago Studio was started by Leon Farago. Leon is a British designer and artist based in Manchester. Leon graduated with a degree in Three-Dimensional Design from Northumbria University, Newcastle, in the summer of 2018. Alongside an art and design education he has over 10 years’ experience working in sheet metal engineering, medical prototyping, and fabrication.  

In the years since Graduating, Leon has been committed to designing and making sculptural furniture. His passion is to celebrate the beauty of materials, manipulating them into striking pieces of work which are both functional and beautiful.

Leons work is an exploration of process, each piece of furniture being designed to sit proudly alone as a sculpture or fit beautifully into its surroundings as a functional piece of design.
