Aluminium and Glass

Loop is a hand-sculpted coffee table, inspired by the looping forms of Richard Deacon’s monumental works from the 1980s and ’90s. It exists as both a functional object and a sculptural presence.

Through a combination of digital and hand craftsmanship, 1.2 mm aluminium is manipulated into a continuous, extruded form. Though it appears solid and weighty, the structure is surprisingly lightweight and strong. A softly contoured glass top floats above, framing the sculpture beneath and emphasizing the elegant rhythm of its curves.

Loop is handmade to order with a lead time of 8-12 weeks.
